近年来，微短剧作为一种融合了短视频与网络剧的新型媒介，正迅速渗透进年轻人的日常生活。据北京大学国家发展研究院的《2025年中国微短剧产业发展格局与就业拉动效应测算报告》预测，我国微短剧市场规模预计从2020年的不足10亿元人民币，在2025年前扩张至千亿元人民币，五年内增长近百倍。DataEye研究院的数据进一步表明，2025年中国微短剧及漫剧的年产值将接近同期电影票房的两倍，其中18至40岁的青年群体占据用户总数的54%，是其主要的消费群体。
然而，伴随微短剧的兴起，一种值得玩味的现象随之出现：青年观众尽管常常批评微短剧内容“土俗”，却又难以自拔地沉迷其中，表现出一种矛盾而复杂的情感状态。本研究通过对17位微短剧青年爱好者进行的深度访谈，旨在探讨微短剧如何满足了年轻人的情感需求，以及在多大程度上反映了当代青年的现实境遇。
微短剧为何成为“情感代糖”
在食品领域，代糖的特点是能迅速提供甜味（带来即时的愉悦感），却不含实际热量。微短剧所提供的 Thus, it is unfair and inaccurate to characterize the act of watching micro-dramas as mere self-indulgence by young people. The popularity of micro-dramas reflects the collective mindset of contemporary youth actively seeking respite and solace amidst the dual pressures of intensified competition and a lack of emotional support. Therefore, in a situation where "the show ends, but the audience remains," it is more worthwhile to delve into the question of where the genuine nourishment that cannot be replaced lies, and how it can be attained, in the wake of the prevalence of "emotional sugar substitutes."
